Return and Refund Policy

Returns and Exchanges:

CLOTHING

Sewn into the fibers of the company is a strong commitment to environmental and sustainable practices. As such, no returns or exchanges are accepted at this time as one way for us to reduce our carbon footprint.

Please see below for exceptions under “Damaged Goods.”

DIGITAL DOWNLOADS

Due to the nature of digital downloads, returns are not accepted. Digital downloads are final sale and cannot be refunded, exchanged, or refunded for store credit.

Damaged Goods:

Please inspect your item promptly after delivery. If the purchased product is faulty, please email haley@haleyivers.com within 7 days of delivery with the following:

  • Subject line: Return Request

  • Include in your email: Order number, description of damaged goods, and detailed photos

If your return is approved, you will be emailed a pre-paid shipping label and be required to return the item. You will be fully refunded, initial shipping costs included, once the item is received.
